Alteryx service is not starting in our production environment.
The start takes a long time and fails with Error 1053.
Issue
The Alteryx service is not starting in our production environment, and the process takes a long time and fails with the following error.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.Environment

Cause
The customer recently updated their SSL certificate, and there was an issue with the new PFX certification.
i.e., The new certificate's chain was not created correctly compared to the previous (valid) certificate, which caused the issue with the Server restart.
Resolution
The Server service restarted successfully once, creating a new PFX matching the existing PFX certificate with the correct three-layer Chain.
