CASS requires an Insights Data license
Alteryx receives the CASS data and engine through an agreement with the USPS. The USPS CASS license is separate from your Insights Data license and has a different expiration schedule.
CASS data is updated 6x per year while the Insights data is updated 4x per year, so this error can be experienced in the time shortly before a new quarterly update of the Insights data if you haven't installed the most recent CASS release.
Install the latest CASS data downloaded from
- AAC > Download & Activate > Data Packages > CASS
