Description

The file Id of the selected file in the Box Input tool configuration is used to obtain the file content from Box. If the file is deleted from Box, the tool will fail with the error below even though the deleted file is replaced by another file with the same name: 
 

Nothing matches the given URI.


Note: A new file with the same name will have a different file Id in Box.

Example of the error when running an existing workflow in Designer with the preconfigured file removed from Box:

Environment
Cause
The error happens because the selected file in the Box Input file is deleted from Box.
Resolution

Ensure that the file in Box is not removed or replaced by a new file of the same name. If there is a need to update the file contents in Box, please upload the same file so that a new version is created for it instead.
