Error: “Page Not Found” after authenticating via OKTA Identity Provider

When logging in and authenticating via OKTA, users are redirected to the Alteryx Gallery and a "Page Not Found" error is displayed.

Page Not Found. The Page you are trying to reach does not exist.

Environment
  • Alteryx Server
    • All Versions

The Claims in the AAS log would show that the "firstName" and "lastName" are both in lowercase:
*Note: The Attribute Statements configuration is case-sensitive.

Resolution

1.Change the Attribute Statements from firstname to firstName and lastname to lastName in OKTA and save the changes:

2. Restart the Alteryx Service.
3. Try authenticating to the Alteryx Gallery.
