Environment Details
When using Auto Insights uploader v1.4 for Designer 2021.4, Data Connection Manager (DCM) needs to be enabled. If "SDK Access Mode" option is set to "AllowAll", then the “connect” button in the Connections of DCM is disabled. The following error will be shown:

Cause
Cause
When the "SDK Access Mode" for DCM is set to “Allow All”, the “Connect” button in DCM is disabled, preventing you from linking your DCM credentials to Auto Insights uploader

Resolution
In Designer, Options-->User Settings-->DCM, set SDK Access Mode to Allow. Restart Designer and re-create Auto Insights connection.
