Is your license file not authenticating when you double-click on the .srclc file? Try authenticating the license file via the License Manager:
1. From Designer, click Options > Manage License.
2. Click the Cog icon in the top right and select View Partner Data License Manager.
3. Click Install License on the top left and browse to your license file.
