Yes, please follow the steps below to add an administrator to a Collection:

 

1. In the Gallery, click on the Home > Collections button.
2. Click on the Collection you want to add the Administrator.
3. Click AD Users, select the user, and then click Edit > Admin > Choose Yes and save.

 

 

Once you've added the Admin permission, the user should now be able to add/update any app/workflow within the Collection.
