With Alteryx 2020.3, Alteryx introduced a feature to share schedules and their results to collections.
The Help Page describes very well on how the Schedules can be shared with a collection.
In this post, the focus is on accessing the results of the Shared Schedule.
Each execution of your own workflows and schedules can be found in the “Workflow Results” Tab of the Gallery, but from this location you are not able to see the results of schedules shared with you through Collections.
To access the results of shared Schedules you must start on the Collection.
Here you can see the whole list of schedules shared with this collection.
These schedules can be accessed by clicking on the Schedule Name
This will display the same view as the owner of the Schedule can see it.
If the user has the “Update Assets” privilege, the user can as well modify the Schedule.
In this view you will be able to see the Log results and access as well the Run Details including the files created on the Gallery.
